ADWU has been driven by a belief in fairness and justice for all our members, especially in the past five months when public services have risen to the many challenges posed by the Covid 19 pandemic.
ADWU progressive projection to be the UK’s largest union, mainly composed of members from African origin with anticipated 1000 numbers of members in the first year providing public services – in education, local government, the NHS, police service and energy e.t.c.
Our members could be employed in the public, voluntary and private sector.
