We are at the beginning of our journey to embed diversity and inclusion across the organisation and we are focusing on using our data better, creating more channels for voices, and dismantling bias from our processes.
Guided by our values, we shall will proceed with the conversation with colleagues, volunteers, members and other organisations to help diagnose and create plans for inclusion and advocacy.

Positively challenging conversations will need to happen across the organisation including with our senior leaders, so you’ll need to be comfortable and confident to do this ‘getting things done’
Essentially, the wide and diverse networks of people who you can utilise to help ADWU achieve its diversity and inclusion, and wider strategic objectives; supporting ADWU to serve under-represented groups and all communities in the UK.
